Hedwig Eleonora of Holstein-Gottorp (23 October 1636 – 24 November 1715) was Queen of Sweden from 1654 until 1660 as the wife of King Charles X Gustav. She served as regent during the minority of her son, King Charles XI, from 1660 until 1672, and during the minority of her grandson, King Charles XII, in 1697.

Hedvig Eleonora av Holstein-Gottorp, född 23 oktober 1636, död 24 november 1715, var en svensk drottning och riksföreståndare, gift 24 oktober 1654 med Karl X Gustav. Hon var Sveriges drottning i sex år, men också därefter de facto Sveriges första dam till sin död 1715.
Hon anlitade arkitekter, hantverkare och konstnärer och hennes hov kom att bli ett kulturellt centrum. Hedvig Eleonora spelade en viktig roll för tillkomsten av Lunds universitet och hon bidrog till att etablera brunnskulturen i Sverige.
