Charlotte of Albret (1480 – 11 March 1514), Dame de Châlus, was a wealthy French noblewoman of the Albret family. She was the sister of King John III of Navarre and the wife of the widely notorious Cesare Borgia, whom she married in 1499.

João III de Navarra, e esposa do notório César Bórgia com quem se casou em 1499.
Charlotte of Albret (1480-11 March 1514) was the sister of King John III of Navarre and the wife of Cesare Borgia. She married Borgia in 1499 as a means of strengthening France's alliance with the Papal States, and she was renowned for her beauty and wealth.

Charlotte d’Albret, Duquesa de Valentinois, viveu apenas sete anos como viúva. Ela faleceu no dia 11 de março de 1514, aos 32 anos, consumida pela dor da ausência e da perda do seu marido, agravada pela dor da perda da sua amiga, a futura santa Jeanne de Valois.
