Franciscus Gomarus (Franz Gomar, François Gomaer, 1563-1641) (Bruges, 30 de Janeiro de 1563 - Groningen, 11 de Janeiro de 1641), foi teólogo, calvinista e professor de teologia da Universidade de Leiden.
Franciscus Gomarus (François Gomaer; 30 January 1563 – 11 January 1641) was a Dutch theologian, a strict Calvinist and an opponent of the teaching of Jacobus Arminius (and his followers), whose theological disputes were addressed at the Synod of Dort (or Dordrecht) (1618–19).

Franciscus Gomarus was a Dutch Calvinist theologian and opponent of Arminianism. He taught at Leiden, Saumur and Groningen, and participated in the Synod of Dort that condemned Arminius' views.
