Edward James Bruce, 10th Earl of Elgin, 14th Earl of Kincardine, KT, CMG, TD, CD, JP (9 June 1881 – 27 November 1968) was a Scottish nobleman and soldier. He was the eldest son of Victor Bruce, 9th Earl of Elgin and Lady Constance Carnegie.

In the 1930s, Edward Bruce, 10 th Earl of Elgin used his position as deputy chairman of Fairfield Shipbuilding and Engineering Co. to encourage fellow industrialists to establish the Scottish Council for Development and Industry (SCDI). Under his leadership the Council developed Scotland’s first industrial estate at Hillington.
