Hu Jia (Chinese: 胡佳; pinyin: Hú Jiā; born July 25, 1973) is a Chinese civil rights activist and noted critic of the Chinese Communist Party. His work has focused on the Chinese democracy movement, Chinese environmentalist movement, and HIV/AIDS in the People's Republic of China.
Hu Jia (em chinês simplificado: 胡佳; pinyin: Hú Jiā; Pequim, República Popular da China, 25 de julho de 1973) é um activista chinês defensor dos direitos humanos e dissidente político. Estudou informática em Pequim. Foi detido em 27 de dezembro de 2007, junta mente com a sua mulher Zeng Jinyan.
