Victor Alexander Bruce, 9th Earl of Elgin, 13th Earl of Kincardine, KG, GCSI, GCIE, PC (16 May 1849 – 18 January 1917), known as Lord Bruce until 1863, was a right-wing British Liberal politician who served as Viceroy of India from 1894 to 1899.

5 de ago. de 2012 · With Victor Bruce, her husband, she drove all over Europe and she came 6th overall in the Monte Carlo Rally of 1927, winning the Coupe des Dames as the first woman. It was in the air that she made her name, as the first to fly person to fly to Japan and in 1930 she flew alone around the world.
