Boris Yevdokimovich Shcherbina (Ucrânia, 5 de outubro de 1919 — Moscou, 22 de agosto de 1990) foi um político soviético, de origem ucraniana, que atuou como vice-presidente do Conselho de Ministros da União Soviética de 1984 a 1989.
Boris Shcherbina was a Soviet politician who managed the Chernobyl disaster and the Armenian earthquake in 1986 and 1988. He was a Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and a Hero of Socialist Labor.
