A Bittersweet Life (Korean: 달콤한 인생; RR: Dalkomhan insaeng; lit. "The Sweet Life") is a 2005 South Korean neo-noir action drama film written and directed by Kim Jee-woon. It stars Lee Byung-hun as Sun-woo, a hitman who becomes targeted by his boss after he spares the latter's cheating mistress.
Sinopse. Kim Sun-woo is the manager of a hotel owned by a crime boss, who assigns him to an errand while he is away. Sun-Woo is to shadow his boss’s mistress, whom he fears may be cheating on him with a younger man. Sun-Woo is mandated to kill them both, but he decides to spare their life at his own expense.
