Nick Revell is a British comedian and writer for radio and television. Born John Revell, he studied at Lincoln College, Oxford. Revell started performing stand-up in 1980 at Comedy Store, where he later became a regular MC, between 1982 and 1992.
A Nick Revell story is like a verbal white-water rafting adventure. And it always starts so gently. Like this year … just a moment in the park with Sophie the Influencer and a puff on some weed rolled in paper printed with one of Philip Dick’s best-loved works. And down the Revell Rabbithole we go.
As an actor his credits include Drop the Dead Donkey and Alan Clarke’s musical feature film Billy the Kid and the Green Baize Vampire. Awards for the above include Perrier Nominee, BAFTAS, International Emmys, British Comedy Awards, Sony Radio Awards, Writers’ Guild Awards, Silver Rose of Montreux.
