Lance Timothy Mason (born August 26, 1967) is a convicted murderer and former politician, government official, and judge, who served in various offices in and representing Cleveland, Ohio. As a judge, he served on the Cuyahoga County Court of Common Pleas .
Lance Mason, a former Ohio judge who was imprisoned for beating his ex-wife, pleaded guilty to stabbing her to death in front of their children. He had been "lying in wait" for her outside her home and had a "singular mission to murder" her, prosecutors said.
