Allison Lynn Hartwell Eid (born January 1965) is a United States circuit judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. She previously served as an associate justice of the Colorado Supreme Court .

Allison H. Eid is a judge on the 10th Circuit and a former justice of the Colorado Supreme Court. She has also taught law, clerked for Justice Thomas, and participated in Federalist Society events and publications.
Judge Eid practiced commercial and appellate litigation with the Denver office of Arnold & Porter. She clerked for the Honorable Clarence Thomas, Associate Justice of the United States Supreme Court, and for Judge E. Smith of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit in Houston, Texas.
