Marina Timofeyevna Semyonova (Russian: Марина Тимофеевна Семёнова, 12 June [O.S. 30 May] 1908 – 9 June 2010) was the first Soviet-trained prima ballerina. She was born in Saint-Petersburg. She was named a People's Artist of the USSR in 1975.

Marina Semyonova (Semenova) was born in Leningrad in 1908. She was the first great dancer formed by Agrippina Vaganova. Graduated from the Vaganova School in 1925 and stayed in Leningrad until 1930 when she transfered to Moscow and the Bolshoi Theatre.
