Michael John McCarthy (born November 10, 1963) is an American football coach who is the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys of the National Football League (NFL). From 2006 to 2018, he was the head coach of the Green Bay Packers. In 2011, McCarthy led the team to a win in Super Bowl XLV over his hometown team, the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Mike McCarthy is the ninth head coach in Dallas Cowboys history and a former Super Bowl champion with the Green Bay Packers. He has 16 years of NFL coaching experience, including 13 as an offensive coordinator and six as a head coach.
