Nomura Mansai II (二世 野村 萬斎, Nisei Nomura Mansai, born April 5, 1966 under the name Takeshi Nomura (野村 武司, Nomura Takeshi)) is a well known Kyogen stage actor, and film actor. He played Abe no Seimei in Onmyoji and Onmyoji 2, an original work by Baku Yumemakura.
Mansai Nomura is a Japanese actor and director who has appeared in films such as The Wind Rises, Ran and Shin Godzilla. He is also a master of Kyogen, a traditional theatrical art of Japan, and has won awards and nominations for his work.

Mansai NOMURA, the first (August 16, 1862 – January 14, 1938) was the fifth generation of the Manzo NOMURA family who had served as Kyogen actors of the Kaga Domain. His former name was Manzo (万造). In 1883 Mansai moved to Tokyo.
