Jacobo Francisco Eduardo Fitz-James Stuart y Colón de Portugal, 3rd Duke of Berwick (28 December 1718 – 30 September 1785) was a Spanish nobleman. On the death of his father, James Fitz-James Stuart, in 1738, he inherited his titles of Duke of Berwick and Duke of Liria and Xerica.

Jacobo Fitz-James, or more fully, Jacobo María del Pilar Carlos Manuel Fitz-James Stuart y Falcó Portocarrero y Osorio, came from a very noble Spanish family, and his full list of titles encompasses seven dukedoms, 14 marquisates, 20 countships, and 24 knighthoods. He was best known as Jacobo Fitz-James Stuart, 17th Duke of Alba.
