Henry Bourchier, 2nd Earl of Essex, 6th Baron Bourchier, 3rd Count of Eu and 2nd Viscount Bourchier, KG, KB, PC (died 13 March 1539) was an English soldier, peer and courtier at the courts of Henry VII and Henry VIII. He married Mary Say, by whom he had one child, Anne, who became his heir.

HENRY BOURCHIER, second Earl of Essex (d. 1539), was the son of William Bourchier and the grandson of Henry Bourchier, first earl. His mother was Anne Woodville, sister of the queen of Edward IV [Elizabeth Woodville]. He succeeded his grandfather in 1483. He was a member of the privy council of Henry VII.
Henry Bourchier, 5th Baron Bourchier, 2nd Count of Eu, 1st Viscount Bourchier, 1st Earl of Essex, KG (c. 1404-1406 – 4 April 1483), was the eldest son of William Bourchier, 1st Count of Eu, and Anne of Gloucester. On his mother's side, he was a great-grandson of Edward III of England.
The most well-known Earls of Essex were Thomas Cromwell (c. 1485 – 1540) (sixth creation), chief minister to King Henry VIII, and Robert Devereux, 2nd Earl of Essex (1565–1601) (eighth creation), a favourite of Queen Elizabeth I who led the Earl of Essex Rebellion in 1601.

Henry Bourchier died in 1539 when his neck was broken after being thrown from a horse. As he had no male issue by Mary, his wife, his Earldom of Essex and Viscounty of Bourchier became extinct.
