George School was founded in 1893 by Quakers. George School's collective culture, traditions, and values reflect our founding principles, amongst them a strong commitment to Quaker ideals such as peace, equality, community, and integrity.
Founded in 1893 as a Friends School, George School offers a broad curriculum including AP, and the International Baccalaureate Program. World renowned, the IB diploma is a rigorous two-year course of study. A yearlong course in fine or performing arts is required of all students each year.
