Pink Flag is the debut album by the English rock band Wire, released in December 1977. The album was critically acclaimed on release, and has since been highly influential; today it is regarded as a landmark in the development of post-punk music.

Universally regarded as a punk landmark in the soundscape of 70s music, Pink Flag would go on to cement Wire’s place in rock and roll history, and in the history of all music.
Through Pinkflag, Wire have become responsible for producing and marketing their own work, achieving respectable worldwide sales with 2003’s Send and 2011’s Red Barked Tree as well as being the US licensee for EMI’s 2006 re-releases of Wire’s Harvest trilogy. Pinkflag releases all new Wire material as it becomes available.
