I’ve been thinking a lot lately about the mission of KCAD : preparing students for leadership in design, the visual arts, and art history; providing innovative, collaborative education that fosters intellectual growth and individual creativity; and promoting the ethical and civic responsibilities of artists and designers, locally, and globally.
Now more than 90 years since its founding, Kendall College of Art and Design of Ferris State University (KCAD) remains committed to this initial charge. This year also marks the 20th anniversary of the merger between KCAD and Ferris State University.
