Elfrida de Wessex, também conhecida como Elfitrude (em inglês antigo: Ælfthryth, Elftrudis; 877 — 7 de junho de 929) [1] [2] foi uma princesa de Wessex por nascimento, e condessa consorte de Flandres como esposa de Balduíno II da Flandres.
Ælfthryth of Wessex (c. 877 – 7 June 929), also known as Elftrudis (Elftrude, Elfrida), was an English princess and a countess consort of Flanders to Baldwin II.

Ælfthryth (c. 945 – 1000 or 1001, also Alfrida, Elfrida or Elfthryth) was Queen of the English from her marriage to King Edgar in 964 or 965 until Edgar's death in 975. She was a leading figure in the regency during the minority of her son King Æthelred the Unready between 978 and 984.

This was the first instance of the coronation of a Queen of England. (Some sources suggest Elfrida was the second queen to be crowned, the first being Judith, the second wife of King Ethelwulf. However, Judith was crowned Queen of Wessex, not Queen of England).
