F1 is an upcoming American sports action drama film directed by Joseph Kosinski and written by Ehren Kruger featuring the automobile racing championship, created in collaboration with the FIA, its governing body.
Joseph is currently directing and producing a film set in the world of Formula 1 racing in conjunction with Apple Original Films, Bruckheimer Films, Plan B, and 7-time F1 World Champion Lewis Hamilton. The film stars Brad Pitt, Damson Idris, Kerry Condon and Javier Bardem.

Kosinski has been attached to several as-of-now-unmade projects, including remakes of '70s science-fiction films Logan's Run [20] and The Black Hole, [21] the science-fiction film Archangels, [22] an untitled action-thriller from Halt and Catch Fire writers Christopher Cantwell and Christopher C. Rogers, [23] and The Twilight Zone.
