Elizabeth Stuart, 2nd Countess of Moray suo jure (1565 – 18 November 1591), was a Scottish noblewoman and cousin of King James VI.

Perhaps the most well-known Earl of Moray was James Stewart, 2nd Earl of Moray, the husband of Elizabeth Stewart, 2nd Countess of Moray, who held the earldom jure uxoris (by right of his wife), as he was the subject of a famous ballad, "The Bonny Earl O'Moray".

On 8 February 1561/2 at Holyrood, Moray married Agnes Keith, daughter of William Keith, 4th Earl Marischal. The marriage produced three daughters: Elizabeth Stuart, 2nd Countess of Moray (Aug 1565[20] – 18 November 1591), married James Stewart, 2nd Earl of Moray on 23 January 1580/1581
