  2. St John's College, formally the College of St John the Evangelist in the University of Cambridge, is a constituent college of the University of Cambridge, founded by the Tudor matriarch Lady Margaret Beaufort.

  3. St John’s is one of 31 Colleges at the University of Cambridge. Colleges are where students live, eat and socialise, and where they receive small group teaching sessions called supervisions, which are regarded as one of the best teaching models in the world.

  4. Experience St John's. The College is currently closed to tourists. The College will re-open to tourism from: Monday 1st of July - Wednesday 2nd of October inclusive. Please note, there may be days when the College has to close at short notice.
