Siemowit III of Masovia (alternatively Ziemowit III; c. 1320 – 1381) was a prince of Masovia and a co-regent (with his brother Casimir I of Warsaw) of the lands of Warsaw, Czersk, Rawa, Gostynin and other parts of Masovia.
Upon the death of Duke Boleslaus II in 1313, Masovia was divided among his sons: Siemowit II became Duke at Rawa (until 1345) Trojden I became Duke at Czersk (until 1341)

As Boleslaus left no children, his younger brother Siemowit inherited his lands, reunifying two thirds of the main duchy. Siemowit was, however, killed in a battle against the Lithuanians, who also took his heir prisoner.
