Edmund Holland, 4th Earl of Kent, 5th Baron Holand, KG (6 January 1383 – 15 September 1408) was the Earl of Kent from 1400 to 1408. He was the 106th Knight of the Order of the Garter in 1403. Edmund was born in Brockenhurst, Hampshire, the second son of Thomas Holland, 2nd Earl of Kent and Alice Fitzalan.

This IPM reveals that when Edmund III Holland, earl of Kent died in 1408, he had no legitimate offspring and his heirs were five married sisters and their issue. This is a classic example of a great estate that was permanently divided amongst coheirs.
SIR EDWARD HOLAND, 4th Earl of Kent, Lord Wake died 15 Sept. 1408, being slain in the attack on the Isle of Brehat, Brittany, and was buried at Bourne Abbey, Lincolnshire. Lucy, Countess of Kent, Lady Wake died 14 April 1424, and was buried in the church of the Austin Friars, London.
