Margaret Kelly, mother of the late Princess Grace of Monaco and matriarch of the famed Kelly clan of Philadelphia, died Saturday at the Linwood Convalescent Center. She was 91. Mrs. Kelly died of pneumonia, a spokesman for the convalescent center said.
