Lior Ashkenazi (Hebrew: ליאור אשכנזי; born 28 December 1968) is an Israeli actor, voice actor, comedian and television presenter. Regarded as one of the best performers of his generation in Israel, he is recognized for his versatile work across independent films, television and the stage.

Lior Ashkenazi wurde als Sohn türkischer Juden in Ramat Gan geboren. Seine Jugend verbrachte er in einem Kibbuz. Seinen Wehrdienst leistete Ashkenazi ab 1987 bei den Israelischen Streitkräften bei der Fallschirmjäger-Brigade. Anschließend studierte er bis 1994 an der Schauspielschule Beit Zvi.
