Henry Hood, 2nd Viscount Hood (25 August 1753 – 25 January 1836), was an English peer and courtier. He is known for his relationship with Caroline of Brunswick.
They were both succeeded by their son Henry, the second viscount. His grandson, the third viscount, assumed in 1840 by royal licence the additional surname of Tibbits, which was that of his father-in-law.

Samuel Hood, 1st Viscount Hood (12 December 1724 – 27 January 1816) was an admiral in the Royal Navy. As a junior officer he saw action during the War of the Austrian Succession. While in temporary command of Antelope, he drove a French ship ashore in Audierne Bay, and captured two privateers in 1757 during the Seven Years' War.
