I'm sure the 1989 cover art wouldn't have been released so early, plus the 'Wildest Dreams' cover art was tragic and in no way shape or from even remotely close to what the 1989 aesthetic was. Taylor used to use different photos for singles all the time. She loves a big reveal, I would be surprised if that was the cover.
