Edgar Jaffé (14 May 1866 – 29 April 1921) was a German economist and politician. He was born in Hamburg to a Jewish family in Barcelona and Paris. Later he went to Manchester and worked at a textile mill.

5 de nov. de 2018 · Für Edgar Jaffé war Else von Richthofen sein großer Schwarm seit gemeinsamen Studentenzeiten in Berlin und 1902 wurde sie seine Ehefrau, was sie auch bis zu seinem Tod blieb. Diese ohnehin schon komplizierte Situation wurde dadurch nicht leichter, dass Else Jaffé seit Ende 1909 die Geliebte von Alfred Weber war, dem jüngeren Bruder von Max Weber.
