Benenden greatly values its relationship with parents, from parents’ first exploratory contact with the School, throughout their daughter’s school career, and often beyond. A personal visit, where you will be able to speak with members of staff and with students, will help you to appreciate the unique character of Benenden.
Benenden School is unique in that it has three dedicated members of staff in its Careers Department, providing a bespoke Careers programme embedded throughout the School. This, coupled with our open door policy and central location, allows all girls to be fully supported in their Career and Higher Education planning.
Deadline for applications to be received for entry in to the Sixth Form and Fifth Form (Year 10) is 1 August in the preceding year of entry. From September 2025, the School will be establishing a boarding house dedicated to its two youngest year groups, at the same time as opening a university-style ‘penthouse’ floor for Sixth Formers.
The Centenary Hall and the adjoining Sir David K.P. Li Music School represent the most ambitious building project in Benenden’s history.
