The program called for a new six-lane competition swimming pool to be located on a compact and steep slope with tight Special Natural Area District regulations on the School’s Hill Campus.

The teen, a junior referred to as "John Doe" in court papers, says the $52,000-per-year school "ignored the overwhelming evidence in the record" that cleared him.
