Ashford has continued to develop, with new homes planned for urban areas such as Repton Park, Park Farm, Singleton and Chilmington, and planning permission granted for a new £25m college campus. The extension of Victoria Road has created new development space in Ashford, though plans to build a Morrisons supermarket here were scrapped in May 2014.
Brooklands College is proud to launch Brooks Hair & Beauty Salon on Ashford High Street and now that restrictions have eased, we are excited to welcome customers. With Hair and Beauty students at Levels 2 and 3 and professional hair stylists, this new training salon offers the perfect pampering experience.
Am I eligible to receive financial support? Bursary support is available for all students with a household income of less than £30,000p.a. If your income is above this but below £32,000p.a. you can apply for support with your travel to College only. For travel funding, students must live further than 2 miles from the College.
