As a German it looks like a variety of Dutch. Fryslân boppe! As a Dutch speaker it is really not hard to read. Grammar is very similar to Frisian, words are as well. Frisian is close to English but it's closer to Dutch. Didn't have time to watch the entire video but very interesting, I had never heard of these languages!
