For 2024, while it is offering determined riders with more pedal power a longer route, there are also two shorter options of 25 miles or 50 miles. The previous five mile and 10 mile courses will not run this year.

Volunteering in our donation station will give you experience such as teamwork, communication and using your initiative. You can boost your CV and we'll also provide you with a reference. It will allow you to get involved in your local community and to meet new friends. The team will be there to support and encourage you to boost your confidence.
Whether you’re hosting a small conference or organising a collaborative session, the meeting rooms at Cynthia Spencer Hospice in Northampton are versatile to meet a diverse range of requirements. We have two spaces available to hire – our conference/ training room that has a maximum capacity for 60 people and our meeting room which can facilitate 10 people with a breakout space.
Clinical Nurse Specialists and Senior Nurses. This service operates Monday to Friday, from 9am to 5pm. The team have specialist knowledge and qualifications in cancer and palliative care. They can provide advice about an illness, the pain control and management of difficult symptoms, emotional support for patients, as well as plan for future care.
