I was at Norwich High School for Girls from 1986-1993. I wasn’t really aware at the time that we were applying for an assisted place. However, as small scale farmers my parents did not have the income to send me to Norwich High. In retrospect, I feel very grateful to have received this financial help.

After school. The dining room is open after the school day from 3.50pm until 4.30pm for Senior School girls to buy a snack and a drink before working in the Library, joining rehearsals or PE matches, or even just before going home. A choice of snack items are available ranging from baked potatoes to sandwiches or homemade biscuits and muffins.
