Nel 1991 appare come ballerina nel video del brano Word Is Out di Kylie Minogue . Nel 1992 inizia a lavorare come conduttrice televisiva presso l'emittente MTV Europe. Nel 1995 passa a ITV, dove conduce il game-show notturno God's Gift. Nel 1998 conduce su Channel 4 il gioco Streetmate. Da lì a poco conduce Don't Try This at Home! fino al 2001.
