Marian Louisa Elmhirst, lady Elmhirst (tidligere Marian Ferguson, født Marian Louisa Montagu Douglas Scott) (16. juni 1908 – 11. december 1996) var den ældste datter af Lord Andrew Montagu Douglas Scott og Marie Edwards.
