Para ser exactos, golpeó .231, .235 y .201. Fue All-Star durante los tres años, era divertido, pero era básicamente un bateador del estilo de Adam Dunn.

Mark McGwire never belongs in the HOF, neither does Clemens, Pettite, Bonds, Palmeiro, Sosa, Canseco, ARoid, Luis Gonzalez, Brady Anderson, etc, or anyone else that did PEDs, steroids, andro, or that I highly suspect etc. All these guys have one thing in common – They were all rookies in the 1980’s, the decade I was a teenager.
Mark McGwire played 16 seasons for the Athletics and Cardinals. He had a .263 batting average, 1,626 hits, 583 home runs, 1,414 RBIs and 1,167 runs scored. He won 1 Gold Glove award, the Rookie of the Year award, 3 Silver Slugger awards and 1 World Series.
