The fees are $11.64 for an electric meter or a gas module and $17.71 for both (dual fuel customers). We are required by the NY Public Service Commission to go to your home to check the meter/equipment in order to verify readings every other month therefore, the opt-out fees are applied to cover that service.
Report a gas emergency. If you smell gas anywhere, including in your home, go outside and call 911 or 1-718-643-4050 immediately. Connect with your local consumer advocate by calling 1-718-643-4050.
