Golden Jubilee Wing. Golden Jubilee Wing is one of King’s largest wings and contains many wards and departments including Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, the Early Pregnancy Unit and Maternity. The main entrance is on Bessemer Road, near the junction with Denmark Hill. The wing has a Help Desk which is open Monday to Friday, 8am to 7pm.
GPs: to make an urgent referral, use NHS e-Referral and state that the referral is urgent. For emergencies, referrers can call 020 3299 9000, bleep 188 09:00-17:00 to speak to the on-call endocrine SpR. Out of these hours, refer patients with emergency endocrine problems to the on-call medical team via King’s main switchboard, tel 020 3299 9000.
