John Robinson started playing the trombone at the age of 10 in his hometown of Bloomington, IL. John received his bachelors in music degree from Millikin University studying with Gary Shaw, his masters in music from the University of Utah studying with Mark Davidson and is currently working on his doctorate in music degree at Michigan State University studying with Ava Ordman.
