William av Wykeham (født 1324, død 27. september 1404) var biskop av Winchester og rikskansler i England. Han grunnla Winchester College, bygde på Winchesterkatedralen og bygde en stor del av Windsor slott. Han ble født i en vanlig familie i Wickham i Hampshire og gikk på skole i Winchester.

Wykeham's administrative talents ensured that he became bishop of Winchester, holder of one of the richest sees in Christendom and Chancellor of England under Edward III and Richard II.
