Margaret Beauchamp (c. 1410 – before 3 June 1482) was the oldest daughter of Sir John Beauchamp of Bletsoe, and his second wife, Edith Stourton. She was the maternal grandmother of Henry VII.

She was born in about 1410, the daughter of Sir John Beauchamp of Bletsoe in Bedfordshire. In 1421 her brother John died and she became an heiress.
When Margaret Beauchamp Duchess of Somerset was christened on 24 January 1405, in Bletsoe, Bedfordshire, England, her father, Earl Richard Beauchamp, was 22 and her mother, Edith Stourton, was 26. She married Sir Oliver St John about 1424, in England.
