Biografía. El Príncipe Enrique VII de Reuss nació en 1825, siendo el quinto hijo y tercer varón del Príncipe Enrique LXIII de Reuss-Köstritz y su esposa, la Condesa Leonor de Stolberg-Wernigerode. Desde 1845 hasta 1848 estudió leyes en la Universidad Ruprecht Karl de Heidelberg y en la Universidad Humboldt de Berlín.
Maria Alexandrina Isabel Leonor de Meclemburgo-Schwerin nasceu no grão-ducado da Casa de Meclemburgo, filha do grão-duque Frederico Francisco II de Meclemburgo-Schwerin e da sua primeira esposa, a princesa Augusta Matilde Guilhermina de Reuss. Tinha oito anos de idade quando a sua mãe morreu em 1862. O seu pai viria a casar-se mais duas vezes.
Augusta se narodila jako třetí dítě, druhá dcera Jindřicha LXIII Reuss Köstritz a jeho první manželky Eleonory ze Stolberg-Wernigerode. Její rodina náležela k mladší linii rodu Reuss. Manželství. 3. listopadu 1849 se v Ludwigslustu provdala za Fridricha Františka II.

People's State of Reuss. The Principality of Reuss-Gera ( German: Fürstentum Reuß-Gera ), called the Principality of the Reuss Junior Line ( German: Fürstentum Reuß jüngerer Linie) after 1848, was a sovereign state in modern Germany, ruled by members of the House of Reuss. [2] It was one of the successor states of the Imperial County of Reuss.
