Dudley Robert Herschbach (s. 18. kesäkuuta 1932 San José) on yhdysvaltalainen kemisti. Hän sai Nobelin kemianpalkinnon vuonna 1986 kemiallisen molekyylikinetiikan tutkimuksesta. Herschbach jakoi palkinnon Yuan T. Leen ja John Charles Polanyin kanssa.
