Having most of his peak seasons between 1977 and 1988, just prior to the period in baseball that has come to be known as The Steroid Era, Murray never posted any truly outlandish offensive numbers.

  4. Eddie Murray played 21 seasons for 5 teams, including the Orioles and Dodgers. He had a .287 batting average, 3,255 hits, 504 homers, 1,917 RBIs and 1,627 runs scored. He won 3 Gold Glove awards, the Rookie of the Year award, 3 Silver Slugger awards and 1 World Series. He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2003.
