Jason Giambi officially announced his retirement on February 16, 2015. Less than two-weeks earlier (11 February 2005), he took part in a press conference held at Yankee Stadium, in response to a San Francisco Chronicle article which said Jason's testimony to a federal grand jury had admissions of guilt, in respect to the usage of steroids, before and after he joined the Bronx Bombers.
