Spencer Perceval (ur. 1 listopada 1762 w Londynie, zm. 11 maja 1812 tamże) – brytyjski polityk i premier Zjednoczonego Królestwa Wielkiej Brytanii i Irlandii. Jedyny brytyjski premier , który zginął w zamachu.

28 de out. de 2015 · Spencer Perceval was born in Audley Square, London on 1 November 1762, the second son of the second marriage of the second Earl of Egmont (and so a man of comparatively slender means). He attended Harrow School and then Trinity College, Cambridge, where he associated with others who shared the Anglican evangelicalism which later marked him out among his political peers.
Spencer Perceval var en yngre søn af den irske adelsmand John Perceval (1711–1770), der var den 2. jarl af Egmont. I modsætning til de fleste af datidens britiske premierministre blev Perceval aldrig adlet. I 1930'erne arvede Spencer Percevals efterkommere titlen som jarl af Egmont. En titel, som de beholdt, indtil den 12. jarl døde i 2011.

At Trinity College, Cambridge, he associated with the evangelical group led by Isaac Milner, being studious and earnest, modest and timid. Having to make his own way in the world, he trained for the bar and practised on the midland circuit.
