  1. Frederick North, 5th Earl of Guilford, sometimes known as Lord Guilford, was a British politician, colonial administrator, and a Philhellene. He was the youngest son of Prime Minister Frederick North, 2nd Earl of Guilford, and was born on 7th February 1766, in England. For health reasons, he spent most of his childhood in continental Europe.
